Coaching Call – Why and How to Manage Stress to Work and Live Better
Why Manage Stress
I noticed how much the constant stress affected my thinking and my peace of mind. I know I’m not alone in how I react to stress. When I’m calm, I’m brilliant and wise. I enjoy solving complex problems and can disconnect once work is over. When I’m stressed, I get indecisive and can get stuck in an infinite loop of worrying. It’s like half of my brain is occupied by worrying and I only have the other half of my brain to do anything productive. It’s almost impossible to focus or rest enough each night to start afresh the next day. Sound familiar?
